Currently I am working on a new tile engine for a platformer.
A sweet feature it will include is static lightning. Unfortunatelly dynamic shadows ect. are to performance intensive to do at runtime.
Here is a sneak preview to compare, normal tiles on left, tiles with lightning on right.
Here is a screenshot of the current progress. There are several new features, that were not seen in the last demo previes as you might notice :).
Currently, I am working on polishing up a sequel to DieFlash. You can watch a short demo with a few seconds of gameplay here:
A playable demo will not be released before some major key features are added to the game though.
With some casual delay due to missing stuff and the usual things we finally entered the beta testing phase of The Exchange Student Episode 2 - Point Club.
A lot of blood and sweat has been spilled on the way to get here, but we actually made it. So stay tuned and watch out for the soon to be released game!
